Feeling Squeezed - Pensions, Pay, Terms and Conditions
Times are tight, and they're getting tighter with every rising prices without the rising pay, and added to that pensions contributions going up.
That's why it's great that this year's Local All Members Meeting (The Branch AGM) will be hearing from Christina McAnea, UNISON's National Secretary for Health. Christina is the lead negotiator for all the unions on Pensions and as Staff Side Chair of NHS Staff Council she leads the unions in negotiations on Agenda for Change Pay, Terms & Conditions.

Where: Lecture Theatre 3, Education Centre, QEHB - Just up the stairs from the atrium
This will also a great opportinuty to hear from you our members about what you think is important for us to be arguing for as your negotiators, and what we can do together to defend our living standards. The union is every one of us and it's up to us to work together.
The AGM also deals with important business such as approving the accounts and other things, and election the Branch Officers who run UNISON on a day to day basis locally throughout the year and for your delegates to National Delegate Conference who speak on your behalf.
